The Bay St. Louis Downtown ADA Boardwalk project grant is awarded to the Mississippi Department of Environmental Quality (MDEQ) under the RESTORE Act Direct Component program to construct a boardwalk connecting the municipal harbor, beach access, and downtown businesses to support tourism to the area.
