The Seaway Rail Truck Intermodal Transload Site Improvements (SRT) project grant is awarded to the Mississippi Department of Environmental Quality (MDEQ) under the RESTORE Act Direct Component program to improve Harrison County Development Commission (HCDC) infrastructure to accommodate and attract tenants that would bolster county and coastal economic development.
