The Mississippi Department of Environmental Quality (MDEQ) is soliciting written proposals from Construction Management firms qualified to do business in the State of Mississippi to assist MDEQ with preliminary constructability and construction implementation support services, as more thoroughly described in the Scope of Work, on an as-needed basis, for construction projects funded by the RESTORE Act Direct Component as a result of the Consent Decree Among Defendant BP Exploration & Production Inc. (“BPXP”) and the United States of America and the States of Alabama, Florida, Louisiana, Mississippi and Texas, Civil Action Nos. 10-4536; 10-04182; 10-03059; 13-4677; 13- 158; 13-00123 (E.D. La.), MDL No. 2179 (the “Consent Decree”), as such terms are defined herein (the “Project”).
